Blackberry, Rhubarb & Ginger Spread

Deliciously tangy and a touch spicy, this versatile spread is great as a breakfast item, or as a condiment with cheese and pate. Makes a superb glaze for lamb, duck and game, and it's great with ricotta as a cannoli filling. An intriguing blend of spices with lemon and ginger flavors, caramelized undertones. 

Serving Suggestions: Great as a glaze on veggies, tofu, fish, and meat. Pairs well with salty hard cheeses such as Manchego or Grana Padano.

INGREDIENTS: Blackberry, Rhubarb, Water, Raw Sugar, Organic Lemon, Organic Lemon Juice, Organic Ginger, Tahitian Vanilla, Clove, Lavender, Rainbow Pepper, Himalayan Pink Salt.
